The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1464 of 2025, S.T. Case No. 308 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. On 14.03.2023, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had assaulted the husband of the informant by lathi and rod, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is omnibus allegation against seven accused persons. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S.
