No.2672 of 2012. The learned single Judge, in the judgment and order impugned, has held that the issues which are raised in W.P. No,2672 of 2012 were also issues which have been raised by the petitioner in W.P. No. 15296 of 2002. Learned counsel for the appellant does not in-principle dispute this fact. Be that as it may, since the issues have already been dealt with by a single Bench of this Court in W.P. No.15296 of 2002, the learned single Judge 2 HCJ a RC, J W.A. No: 141 of 2025 was correct in his view that the same could not have been yet again agitated in W.P. No.2672 of 2012. Be that as it may, we do not find any merit in the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
