On that day also there was no representation for the petitioner. However, it was reported by Shri Surendra Kumar Mishra that the Learned counsel for the petitioner is not well and he is admitted in hospital and sought for an adjournment with the rider that the matter shall be argued on the next date of hearing, otherwise, it will be dismissed for default.
