D.NO. 1-141/A1, JAGBOINAPALLY URKONDA, RANGAREDDY DISTRICT, TELANGANA. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to may be pleased to issue Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 4 in not registering any case on the basis of the Complaint given on 22-10-2025 and the also action of the 4th Respondent in rejecting the complaint given by way of registered post as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to register case on the basis of the Complaint and to provide Police Protection to the life of the Petitioner and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to provide Police Protection to me and pass such other necessary orders in the interest of justice. GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner, seeking the following relief: “ ... to issue Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 4 in not registering any case on the basis of the Complaint given on 22-10-2025 and the also action of the 4th Respondent in rejecting the complaint given by way of registered post as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to register case on the basis of the Complaint and to provide Police Protection to the life of the Petitioner and pass such ...” At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that respondent Police refused to receive the representation of the Petitioner and placed on record the postal endorsement to that effect. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, would submit that respondent Police did not receive any representation from the Petitioner so far. Further, on 15.10.2025 a call from 112 was received from Syamalanagar, Guntur town, the staff went to the scene and came to know that unofficial respondents visited Petitioner’s house for collection of due amount from the son of the Petitioner. Further, in future if any complaint is received from the Petitioner, respondent Police will respond and would finally submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, it is apposite to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent Police, if so advised and on receipt of such complaint, respondent Police shall take appropriate steps forthwith, according to law, to protect the interest of the petitioner, who is an old aged lady of 85 years. 4 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
