JUSTICE MINI PUSHKARNA O R D E R % 25.09.2025 1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. CM APPL. 61456/2025 2. It is submitted that it has come to the knowledge of the petitioner that Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) has already initiated action against the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further. 3. This Court notes that the present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to take against the unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no.2, at the property bearing No. S-87-88, This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, the MCD, along with Station House Officer (“SHO”), Police Station Uttam Nagar, are directed to ensure that requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property is taken. September, 2025. 6. If any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, they shall have liberty to seek their remedies in accordance with law. 7.
