ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not regularizing the land of the petitioner admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.27 Cents in Sy.No.31/2 (New Obulavaripalli Mandal,Sy.No.31/2B) of Chinnaorampadu Village, Annamayya District, by updating/removing the Dots in the R.S.R, despite recommendation reports of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 pursuant to Application No-Application and dt.26.03.2024 No.TTAOl 2400119186 DTL240703047236 dt.03.07.2024 made by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, Consequently direct Respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to regularize the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.2.27 Cents in Sy.No.31/2 (New Sy.No.31/2B) of Chinnaorampadu Village Obulavaripalli Mandal, Annamayya District, by removing the Dots and updating the R.S.R and pass or orders….”
2. Heard Sri Rachuri Lakshmikar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 3. On instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on applications made by the petitioner, the respondent nos.5 and 6 submitted recommendation reports. In view of the same, to verify the records and to pass orders requested further time. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondent nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the applications submitted by the

petitioner, by taking into consideration the reports of respondent nos.5 and 6, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs
