When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that basing on the complaint of one Avaru Sailaja, a crime was registered in Cr.No.515 of 2021 under Sections 420 IPC dated 13.01.2022 on the file of Pithapuram Rural, East Godavari against accused Nos.5 to 7. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
