ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents No. 1 to 4 are interfering in civil disputes in respect suit schedule lands between the parties pending in 0.S.No.71/2014 on the file of the court of Addl. Senior Civil Judge at Kurnool as arbitrary, illegal and violative of right to property under Article.300-A of the Constitution of India and apart from provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in Civil Disputes and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in a civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
