She was medically examined and was handed over to her mother Nisha present petitioner and her Bua Sunita wife of Prem. 3. In view of status report, learned counsel for petitioner states that present criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous since detenue has been recovered, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw present petition. 4.
