Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to amend the array of the parties as well as the prayer clause of the writ petition, during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, (Judicial) Tahsil- Maunath Bhanjan, District-Mau, to decide the Case No.-8382 of 2024 Computerized Case No.-T202415510108382 (Ramjanam Vs Laxman) Under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within specific period." 4. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 2024. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 5. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, (Judicial) Tahsil-Maunath Bhanjan, District-Mau to consider and decide the aforementioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon the opposite parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
