JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD HON’BLE JUSTICE MRUGANKA SEKHAR SAHOO ORDER Order No. 25.07.2025 04. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The essential grievance of the Petitioner-Institute is as to non-consideration of the request for issuance of No Objection Certificate for the academic year 2025-26. 4. After service of notice, the answering Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3 having entered appearance through their counsel have filed a memo along with the copy of instruction dated 25.07.2025, which was issued by the Director, Medical Education & Training, Odisha which reads as under: “With reference to the subject cited above, as per the telephonic conversation I am to submit necessary instruction with respect to the W.P.(C) matters related to New NOC for opening of different nursing courses for the academic session 2025-26 as under 1. The nursing institute shall be favourably considered for New NOC for opening of different nursing courses for the academic session 2025-26 if the deficiencies are complied with, which has been pointed out along with the fire safety certificate and other deficiencies. This is for information and necessary action. ” 5. The memo was shown to the learned Advocates appearing for the Institutions and they agree that in terms of the assurance given in the subject memo, their writ petition can be disposed of. 6. In the above circumstances, the writ petition disposed of. The assurance given in the memo shall be discharged within a period of ten days reckoned from this day.
