The following prayer has been made by way of this writ petition:- (i) Necessary direction be issued to the respondents to provide police help and Administrative support in construction of boundary wall on his own land apartaining to khata no. 389, plot no. 2575, Area 31 Acre 26.46 decimal situated at village-Salaiya, P.S-Salaiya District- Aurangabad under Madanpur Circle. (ii) The petitioner be further protected from threat of his life from the private respondents, who always preventing the petitioner to visit his land not to do any work on the same, by criminal initimidation and also threatening to implicate him in a false case of SC/ST Act as well as the POCSO Act. 3. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad with a representation mentioning all his grievances and the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad will consider the representation of the petitioner. Upon consideration of the representation of the petitioner, if Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad finds it suitable, he shall direct the SHO, Salaiya Police Station for giving necessary protection to the petitioner so that the petitioner may enjoy the fruits of his property.
