Heard Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioner No.1 himself made a statement before the concerned SHO, that it is a civil matter and that he will settle the matter before the competent Court on 27.02.2024. 5 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners as per the instructions received from the petitioners, would submit that the petitioner No.1 did not know the contents of the paper on which he signed before the police. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
