The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 427 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i)(ii) of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. On 25.05.2024, at about 09:00 P.M., named accused persons who are members of TSPC, came to the house of the informant and abducted his father and brother as they had not paid levy. Later on, both of them were hanged to death. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused person Jitendra Kumar Singh @ Jitendra Kherwar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7715/2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Kunda P.S.
