THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.31514 OF 2025 ORDER:
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the constant interference of the 3rd respondent at the behest of respondents 4 to 6. It is submitted that the petitioners have purchased the house plots admeasuring 722.22 square yards and 639.22 square yards in 9th ward Yellahalli Layout Extension, Madanapalli (Urban), Madanapalle Municipality, Annamaiah District vide registered sale deeds.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is constantly interfering with the petitioner’s property and is trying to erect fencing. It is submitted that the said interference is at the behest of unofficial respondents.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent officials do not interfere at any point of time and that any action which is proposed to be taken against the petitioners shall be in accordance with law by issuing appropriate notice.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, making it clear to respondents 1 to 3 not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property without following due process of law. No costs. ___________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N
