School, Pallikkal, transferring the Teachers and pupils of the School to any other Schools of their choice. The petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to run the School further. According to the petitioner, there are only a handful of pupils studying in the School. 2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P1 representation before the 1st respondent in this regard, it would be only appropriate that the 1st respondent takes a decision in the matter expeditiously.
