Sudhakar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Vinod K Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Notice issued by the Tahsildar (Respondent No.4) dated 08.01.2025 directing all the parties including the neighbors to attend survey that is proposed to be conducted on 10.01.2025 at 2.00 P.M (Ex.P.1). It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that on account of certain objections raised by the neighbors, the Tahsildar (Respondent No.4) and the Village Surveyor (Respondent No.5) did not conduct the survey on the scheduled date. It is also the submission of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that the Official Respondents ought to have conducted the survey and that for any reason if the survey is not conducted, they are duty-bound to pass an Order, one way or the other, in order to enable the Writ Petitioner to explore his remedies under law. 2. Having regard to these facts and circumstances and the submissions 3. made by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without into the merit, directing the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal going (Respondent No.4) to issue final proceeding in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein forthwith. 3 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit No.4 within one week from today, for effective compliance. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
