Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 325 , 379, 325 , 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner assaulted on head of husband of one Ameenudin with spade due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature . 4. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
