No.7: Mr. Samavesh Bhanj Deo, Advocate --------- 05/Dated: 19.12.2025 Tarlok Singh Chauhan, C.J.(Oral) 1. This petition seeking review was filed on 29th July 2020 and thereafter no steps whatsoever were taken by the petitioner to remove the defects and till date the same is lying under defects till date and even today the case has been listed under defects because of the Neutral Citation No. 2025:JHHC:38331-DB order passed by one of us (Sri Tarlok Singh Chauhan, C.J.) on the administrative side. 2. This clearly shows that the petitioner was never interested to pursue the instant petition. Even today the learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for adjournment for tracing his record. 3. If this was not enough, no one ever appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was twice listed before the Lawazima Board. 4. Since the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant petition, the same is dismissed. (Tarlok Singh Chauhan, C.J.) (Sujit Narayan Prasad, J.) December 19, 2025 N.A.F.R.
