Case No. 101 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 85, 82(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 25.08.2024, petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the Informant, due to which, she sustained injury on her head. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the Informant. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the restatement of the Informant recorded at para-5 of the case diary in which she has stated that co-accused persons have assaulted her. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence when the occurrence had taken place, due to which she sustained grievous injury. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Pithoria P.S.
