The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 160/2025 arising out of Kunda P.S. Case No. 55/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 352/2025, for the offences registered under Section 80(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, Deoghar. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Yashoda Devi, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, no other external injury was found on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that some of the witnesses have stated that deceased committed suicide as she was issueless even after six years of her marriage. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
