06/ 27.11.2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126, 127, 115(2), 352, 324, 331, 303(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the altercation took place while procession of emersion of idol of deity was going on. She submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. She next submits that in the similar circumstance, the other co-accused persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 8027 of 2024 and 138 of 2025 by the co-ordinate bench.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of altercation is there.

Considering that the co-accused persons have already been

provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in the aforementioned A.B.As. by the co-ordinate bench and further there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
