It is argued on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of suspension is bad for the reason that the charge that has been levelled against the petitioner by the complainant is now sub judice before the Court and the Court has referred the matter to Mediation under its order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1941 of 2025. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, I consider it appropriate that the petitioner should first get the mediation done successfully and then he can approach this Court again against the order of suspension. 4. Subject to the aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records.
