Heard Mrs. Tanusha Venkatalakshmi Kurapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for official respondents submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders in this matter. 4. A perusal of the documents filed along with the Writ Petition, as observed by the Division Bench of this Court and also on perusal of the circular issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Acquisition 1994 and subsequent amendments to it, without going into the merits of the Writ Petition and with the consent of both side counsel, the Writ 5 Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the very same civil Court where O.S.No.552 of 2025 is pending or before the competent authority either appellate authority or revisional authority under R.O.R.Act. No costs.
