---- 02/19.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.44 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 49, 352, 61(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are having friendship and due to some dispute altercation took place and the injury is simple in nature. She further submits that the co-accused persons, who are also friends of the petitioner and the informant have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5642 of 2025 and 6338 of 2025. She then submits that now good sense has prevailed between the

parties and both the sides have compromised the matter in light of Annexure-3.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of assault.

Considering that both the sides are friends and other friends have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs and injury report is annexed as Annexure-2 wherefrom it transpires that injury was simple in nature and by way of Annexure-3 both the sides have compromised the matter and it has also been pointed out that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.6 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.44 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
