The claim of the petitioner is with regard to grant of Kramonnati Vetanman after completion of 10 years and 20 years of his service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to award of Kramonnati Vetanman some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State. Apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No.261 of 2023 has also consider the identical issue. Petitioner is also entitle for Kramonnati Vetanman. She further submits that at present this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authority in light of order passed by this Court in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 dated 28/02/2024. 3. Learned counsels appearing for respective respondents would oppose the submission made by Ms. Gauraha. 4. Be that as it may, looking to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, this petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representation raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition to competent authority annexing all relevant documents and judgment of this Court passed in W.A. No.261 of 2023. On such representation being made, it is expected that the respondents No.2 & 3/competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law considering the circular(s) issued in this regard, in light of judgment of this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of such representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any 3 opinion on merits of this case, it is for the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the claim of petitioner on its own merits. 5.
