The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has encroached on the public road and made illegal constructions on the public road resulting in narrowing down the access of the petitioner and others. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record the report, dated 23.09.2025, of the Tahsildar, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu District, and the report was also submitted to the 2nd respondent on 25.09.2025. The 2nd respondent also issued a provisional order, dt.27.02.2025, calling upon the 4th respondent to submit his explanation. 3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that a detailed counter is filed. It is submitted that the patta certificates were issued to them in the years 1998 and 2008 and that they are in continuous possession and enjoyment. It is submitted that respondents 4 and 5 have submitted a reply to the 2nd respondent to the provisional order dated 27.02.2025 and that the same is pending consideration with the 2nd respondent. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6, the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass -3- W.P. No.17840 OF 2025 Date of order:17.11.2025 further necessary orders duly taken in account the reply submitted by respondents 4 and 5 and take necessary action and in the event any encroachment is found on the public road. 5.
