Learned advocate has relied upon the grounds raised in the appeal and has submitted that the cognate matters arising out of the same accident have been admitted. However, noticing the fact that amount involved in the present appeal is less than Rs.3 lakhs, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeals solely on the ground of smallness of amount involved. It is clarified that dismissing of the present appeal shall not have any bearing on the cognate matters, pending C/FA/2270/2025 ORDER DATED: 10/07/2025 consideration before the Court, which shall be examined independently on merits of the case.
