The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No.344 of 2018 to its original file which was dismissed on 11.06.2024 for wants of prosecution. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the petitioner was not getting proper pension. He was suffering from kidney disease and ultimately he died on 10.02.2025. Now the wife of the original writ petitioner wants to pursue the writ petition being W.P.(S) No.344 of 2018 which has been dismissed and she also wants substitution. 4. Learned counsel for the State has not raised any serious objection. 5. In view of the nature of claim and the fact that it is a case of retiral dues of the husband, who has died due to kidney disease, the present C.M.P. is, hereby, allowed and W.P.(S) No.344 of 2018 is restored to its original file, 6. Accordingly, Rekha Sinha, w/o-Late Suresh Prasad Sinha is hereby, substituted as petitioner in the main writ petition. 7. Office is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title of the main writ petition. 8. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in I.A. No.10902 of 2025, I.A.
