Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 76, 78, 79, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. On 02.08.2025, the petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have outraged the modesty of the minor daughter of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2025. It was further submitted that co-accused Majruddin Ansari has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Ms. Priya Shrestha, learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the co-accused, who has been granted bail, was not apprehended at the place of occurrence and while the petitioner was apprehended at the place of occurrence. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih, in connection with Deori P.S.
