The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.37166 of 2024 (Seema Devi v. State of U.P. and others). In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that a copy of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by the Chairman, V.D.A.,Varanasi has been duly served upon to the applicant by the V.D.A., Varanasi and assailing to the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by the Vice Chairman, V.D.A., Varanasi, the applicant has served upon a fresh writ petition on 13.05.025 to the counsel representing to the V.D.A. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 informed that said order dated 09.04.2025 has been challenged before this Court by filing writ petition. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
