JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 02-09-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S. later on Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act was added. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are alleged to have called the deceased on the pretext of a birthday party and, thereafter, the deceased was killed. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2025. The prayer for bail of co-accused, namely, Lalu Ram was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21993 of 2025. 5. Considering the participation of the petitioners in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30556 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
