The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No.38 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.435 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2) & 318(4) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.3805 of 2025 by order dated 25.08.2025. On 28.02.2025 at about 10:40 P.M., Godda Cyber police on the basis of confidential information apprehended this petitioner and seized the mobile phone. Report regarding the stage of trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case on 02.07.2025, but no witness has been examined till date. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
