Crl.M.P.No.2116 of 2012 is filed under Section 457 of Cr.P.C. for return of Tata Safari bearing No. AP 21 AB 3519. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 further submits that subsequently after completion of investigation, charge sheet is filed and the case is numbered as S.C.No.232 of 2015. The said S.C.No.232 of 2015 was disposed of on 01.02.2017. 3. In view of the disposal of Sessions case, the petitioner could work out his remedies as per the Judgment in S.C.No.232 of 2015. In the event of non- disposal of the case property by virtue of S.C.No.232 of 2015 judgment, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies as per law. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
