By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioners pray for extension of time to surrender, which was granted to them by this Court while allowing their anticipatory bail application vide order dated 16.06.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.6625 of 2024 in connection with Rehla P.S. Case No.55 of 2024, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, at Daltonganj. 3. There was a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below within four weeks, but the petitioners failed to surrender within the stipulated time. 4. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that since the petitioners have gone to West Bengal to work as Labourer, they could not be informed about the order granting anticipatory bail because of which they failed to surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time. He submits that 2025:JHHC:34002 2 the petitioners beg an unconditional apology for the same. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, time to surrender is extended till 08th December, 2025. The petitioners are directed to surrender within the aforesaid time before the Court concerned. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 7.
