GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting the enquiry or investigation in Crime No.5/2021, dated 06-01-2021, further not filing charge sheet into court, that too delayed in this case, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 12, 14, 22 and 300-A of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.5/2021, dated 06-01-2021.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, after completion of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District, the same was referred as ‘Civil in Nature.
