The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and set aside the impugned F.I.R. dated 07/07/2017, and charge sheet dated 19/06/2022 passed by Respondent Authorities, in the ends of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the trial Court concerned, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, if cause of action arises in future. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner/ State after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
