ORDER
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent no.4- Divisional Panchayat Officer, respondent no.5-The Mandal Parishad Development Officer, and respondent no.6-Pallamkuru Grama Panchayat, in trying to make constructions in the land endowed to Mahalakshmamma Ammavari Temple situated in Pallamkuru village, Katrenikona Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. 2. Heard Sri N.Naga Raju, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, and Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat. 3. Sri N.Naga Raju, learned counsel for petitioner, while reiterating the contents of the writ affidavit, would contend that ancestors of the petitioner endowed an extent of Ac.0-09 cents to Ammavari Temple and respondent nos.4 and 5 are making constructions in the said site said to be a shopping complex for wrongful gain. He would further submit that representations made by the petitioner and other villagers are of no avail. Accordingly, prayed to allow the writ petition. 4. To invoke the writ jurisdiction, it must be established that a legal right exists and the same has been infringed. The petitioner failed neither to establish any legal right nor its infringement. Therefore, this writ petition is

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI Dated: 26th November, 2025. RR
