This Court, vide order dated 07.02.2025 passed in MCRC No. 1128 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Danieal Raju Ravidi, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) South Bastar Dantewada, District – South Bastar Dantewada (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.08.2025 has requested for grant of one month more time for concluding the trial. 4. It appears from the perusal of the PUD that the evidence of all the witnesses has already been recorded in the case and the matter has been fixed for the statement of the accused on 12.08.2025. Hence, a prayer is made for extension of time in conclusion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
