Issue appropriate writ and call for the records pertaining to petitioner’s case of land acquisition from the respondent authorities. 10.2. Issue the writ of mandamus and direct the respondent authorities to decide the compensation of the petitioners land as earliest and provide the same to the petitioner. -2- 10.3. Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court in circumstances of this case. 10.4. Issue writ of mandamus and direct the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 26.09.2022 & 20.06.2023 after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.” 2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the land bearing survey Nos.341 & 345, situated at village Ganod, Tehsil- Aarang, District Raipur, belonging to the petitioner, has been used by the respondents for construction of road and compensation has not been paid. He would further submit that the petitioner has made representations before the respondent authorities on 26.09.2022 and 20.06.2023, but till date, those representations have not been decided by the respondents. He would pray that a direction may be issued to the respondents to take appropriate decision on pending representations of the petitioner. 3) On the other hand, Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose the submission made by Mr. Thakur. 4) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Rakesh Thakur, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the pending representations of the petitioner in objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
