Oral:
1. The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the official respondents 1 to 5 to explain the inordinate delay by each and every day in non conclusion of investigation in respect of FIR No. 351 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 registered with Police Station Bahu Fort, Jammu and further prayer has been made for handing over the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners himself submits that merely after five days of the filing of the writ petition, the charge sheet was filed.
3. In view of this, no fruitful purpose shall be served by retaining the present petition on board, as such, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy as available under law, if the petitioners are aggrieved of the charge sheet filed against them.
