Case No. 204/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri P.N. Upadhyay, learned J.M, 1st Class, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 21.11.2024, at about 03:00 p.m., due to land dispute, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members. It appears that co- accused Rinki Devi, wife of Sohrai Yadav had assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant by a sickle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused persons who had stated that the petitioner was also present there. 5. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.N. Upadhyay, learned J.M, 1st Class, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 204/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
