Ingo, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to obtain instruction as to whether there is anything adverse against the petitioner in the enquiry. Ms. P. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Mr. I. Bam, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 are present. It appears that by filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed to quash the transfer order dated 19.12.2024, as the petitioner claim to have been transferred without completion normal two year taking out and the petitioner also prayed to quash all subsequent official orders issued by the private respondent in capacity of General Manager of Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Service. It appears from the record that no interim order was passed in this writ petition and from the affidavit-in-opposition, it appears that transfer order has been implemented as unilateral charge was taken. Therefore, writ petition has become infructuous. This writ petition has got no nexus with the departmental enquiry, if any, here is no purpose in prolonging the writ petition.
