GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV 3 The Court made the following order: The grievance of the petitioner is that despite finalization of bills, the respondent authorities are not releasing the payment of balance amount of Rs.3,89,404/- vide M book No.2744/C/RWS/NLR, payable to him in relation of the work i.e., Construction of cement concrete open Drainage at Veguru Main village (From near Ramiseety Supraja to near Sivalayam) of Veguru GP in Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District vide proceedings in Rc.No. /AEE2/W.O/GGMP Grant/2022-23 dated 27.01.2023 under GGMP Grant. 2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Ms Naseem Sultana, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Siva Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have released the entitled amount to the petitioner and the petitioner has received the same. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and prayed to close the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
