Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties; and perused the material available on record. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances, and taking note of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor that there are eleven criminal antecedents of similar nature registered against the accused-applicant, and that the said fact is concealed in the present bail application; therefore, the present bail applica- tion cannot be entertained.
