Heard Mr. Shailendra Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases. Also heard Mr. Sakib Ahmad, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. Both these petitions are arising out the same crime number, therefore, they are being heard and decided together. 3. The CRMP No. 2488/2019 filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "1. First Information Report vide Crime Number 124/2018 was registered against the Petitioner for offences under Sections 323, 342, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. 2. Order dated 19.08.2019, by which the Special Judge 'Schedule Caste Schedule Tribe 3 (Atrocities Prevention) Act., Chhattisgarh has framed charges against the petitioner in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 57/2018 under Sections 342, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and Section 3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in the interest of justice." 4. The CRMP No. 2339/2019 filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial of the case is concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges levelled against them. 6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, that the trial of the case is concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges, the present CRMP stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
