JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 02.03.2022 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1717C/2019 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 380, 427, 452, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. By the impugned order, the Court below has found strong prima-facie case against the petitioner under Sections 323, 341, 427, 504, 506 of the IPC. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order. The petitioner wants this court to examine his defence which is not permissible to be examined at this stage. 3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with Patna High Court CR. MISC.
