Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.1459 of 2021, has been complied with by the opposite parties by passing a reasoned order. He submits that the petitioners want to challenge the reasoned order. 3. Considering the fact that the reasoned order has already been passed, no contempt is made out. 4. Accordingly, this contempt is dropped. However, the petitioners are at liberty to move before the appropriate Forum, if they are aggrieved by the reasoned order.
