Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other co- accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage who is still traceless. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
