The Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, for the offences registered under sections section 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier thrice rejected by this Court. 4. It appears that 30 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial earlier called for has been received. It appears that seven prosecution witnesses have been examined and two witnesses related to seizure list are yet to be examined. 6. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2022. 7. Considering the period of custody and the fact that trial is still under progress, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with Tamar P.S.
